The AS50D combo from Marshall is a portable, bring-along amp for smaller and more intimate acoustic sets. The phantom-powered XLR mic input is great for singer-songwriters while practical extras such as extensive feedback reduction options, chorus and reverb effects and an FX loop make sure the amp is just as great for players who'd prefer to amplify their guitar rather than their voice.

Designed to create a warm and authentic vibe, the AS50D is equipped with two 8-inch speakers that deliver a more-than-decent dose of punch and fullness of tone on smaller stages. In addition, both channels come with their own two-band EQ with volume, bass and treble controls to tweak said tone to taste.

All The Connections You Need

Next to a guitar and a microphone, you could also hook up a CD player to the AS50D using the AUX input, while the second input is suitable for signals coming from various other devices such as keyboards and drum computers. Both the DI XLR output and jack line output can be used to play over a PA system and, last but not least, this Marshall amp features an FX loop with send/return jacks for your effects pedals.
